This is a juried fair with a preference for handmade items only - photo samples will be reviewed and you will be notified of acceptance by email. After notification you will have two weeks to make payment.

Please bring your own table and canopy with weights/stakes. On windier days, a tent may not be necessary (or safe, be advised!)

Please bring your own battery powered lights

On-site parking available on a first come, first served basis

Load in after 4 p.m.

LOAD OUT is after 9 p.m. when all the pedestrians have vacated, for everyone's safety.

Free on street parking along Onset/Union Aves. after 6 p.m. and at the Temple Lot on Union Ave.

ONSET BAY ASSOCIATION ANNUAL KAYAK POKER RUN

WHEN: SATURDAY JUNE 27, 2026 (Rain date June 28)
WHERE: SHELL POINT BEACH, ONSET
TIME: Registration - 9:00 a.m. LAUNCH TIME: 10:00 a.m.
COST: $25 per person to “ante up” OPEN TO PARTICIPANTS OF ALL ABILITIES

Launching from Shell Point, participants will pick up 5 cards while paddling around Onset Bay. Once back at the Point, each person will have the opportunity to discard 1-5 cards and purchase new ones for $2 per card. Your final hand will be turned in to event organizers.

Grand prize winner will be determined by the person with the best hand (standard poker rules). (Remainder will go towards supporting the Onset Bay Association). Final kayak route will be announced before the event (depending on weather conditions) but will be within Onset Bay. All participants will be REQUIRED to wear a PFD.

Pizza party and fabulous prizes to follow!

Over the years, she was a member and one of the first President's of the Onset Bay Association, Onset Zoning Board, Wareham Finance Committee and Onset Prudential Committee.

2026 Chalk-Full-O-Fun Sidewalk Art and Craft Fair (Saturday, August 15, 2026)

ARTISTS AND CRAFTERS WANTED FOR THE

2026 CHALK-FULL-O-FUN FESTIVAL!

Saturday, August 15th, 2026

(Rain date is the following day.)

9:00am to 4:00pm

At the Lillian Gregerman Bandshell in Onset.

ARTISTS can register for a sidewalk square for $5. This will include a box of 36-count colorful soft pastel chalk.

Crafters can register for a space at the juried craft fair for $60. This year we will accept a larger number of crafters for this popular event. They will be on hand with a variety of handmade items.

Non-Profit Community Organizations can register for free to provide information to share with the public. A limited number will be accepted and any no-shows must give advance notice or risk losing the opportunity to attend the following year.

We will be lining the entire perimeter of the park with vendors surrounding the Bandshell this year. See map below. Each square is a 10' x 10' spot. It will be marked on the grass with a number you will receive after I map this all out.

PLEASE, NO FLEA MARKET ITEMS. THIS IS FOR CRAFTERS AND ARTISTS. THANK YOU...

Spaces 1-19 will be along Union Ave

Spaces 20-53 will be along Onset Ave.

Spaces 54-95 will be along Waban Ave

Spaces 96-100 will be on the lawn by #89

Arrival Time on 9/26/2026 is 7 a.m.

Vendor cars MUST be moved by 9:45 a.m. to accommodate for the incoming car show that will be lining Onset Ave and filling the Pier parking lot.

Departure time:

Begins at 4:00 p.m. Please pack up all your things BEFORE you get your car to load out. It's going to be a little hectic. There will be volunteers to keep an eye on your wares. You must stay until 4 p.m.

Over 100 Craft, Merchandise and Service vendors will line the perimeter of Prospect Park (where the Bandshell is)

RESTROOMS-Are available on the Town Pier/Harbormaster's Office and also in Prospect/Bandshell Park up on the hill by the Bayside Condos. There will also be a number of ADA accessible port-o-potties available on the Pier.
